This Privacy Policy covers information Women in Voice INC collects from users and visitors of Women in Voice INC websites and related services. Women in Voice INC respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting your privacy including securely handling your personal information. This information may include: Personal Information represents any information that identifies you such as name, resume, location etc. The primary reason for this information is to connect employers and job seekers for voice and conversational AI jobs.

If you provide the following data, you are giving us express permission to this data. If data are published about the Jobs Board they will be used in aggregate and anonymized for privacy. Data may include:

We ask you not to share this password with anyone.

Please note thatWomen in Voice INC reserves the right to remove from our database, Information which includes any content that we consider to be illegal or offensive. We will respect the choices you make to limit sharing or visibility settings in your “My Account”.

You can deactivate or delete your account at any time, make your profile anonymous or choose to not make your profile searchable. To deactivate, please go to your “My Account”.

However, if you would like to permanently delete your account, you can send an email to admin at womeninvoice.org with the subject line “Permanently delete my information and account” with your name that links you to your account.

6. Who do we share your Personal Information with?

Employers, recruiters, and hiring managers use this Jobs Board to find candidate resumes and contact them. We share data with them to reach out to qualified candidates. We do not share personal information without your consent that you have uploaded your data to our website. Exceptions applicable:

  • For external processing – We will provide personal information to our sub-processors based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate security measures.
  • For legal reasons - We will share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Women in Voice INC if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
